AI & Automation

The area that drives me most: putting artificial intelligence and automation exactly where they make a real difference — not as a buzzword, but as a tool that saves time and avoids mistakes every day.

AI integration that knows your business

Standard AI like ChatGPT is impressive, but it doesn’t know your company. I bring AI right to where your data lives: into documents, into handling customer enquiries, into your knowledge base. On request entirely local on your own server — then not a single document leaves the building.

  • Knowledge base (meinKI): An AI that searches contracts, quotes, minutes and emails and answers questions in plain language — with source references, GDPR-compliant and end-to-end encrypted. More about meinKI →
  • Customer enquiries: Automatically sort, pre-answer or route incoming emails and requests to the right mailbox.
  • Documents: Summarise contracts, extract data from PDFs, pre-draft replies and texts.

AI agents that pull their weight

The next level is an AI that doesn’t just answer but acts: an agent that takes on tasks, plans several steps and talks to your systems along the way. You set the goal — it researches, prepares drafts, adds appointments or kicks off whole processes. You can operate it without any new software, simply via chat or Telegram, like a colleague who never clocks off.

  • Assign tasks by message — the agent gets them done and reports back with the result.
  • Directly connected to meinKI and your programs, including sources and traceability.
  • Runs on your own server in Germany, GDPR-compliant — like everything I build. More about AI bots →

Automating processes

A lot of what employees do by hand day after day can be automated — and more reliably than you’d manage on a long Friday afternoon. I look at your recurring processes and rebuild them so they run on their own.

  • Invoices and multi-stage dunning — from the finished PDF through the SEPA document to the dispatch email, without a single click. See the example →
  • Recurring reports and analyses, automatically generated and sent.
  • Data imports and reconciliations between systems that today still run on copy-and-paste.
  • Maintenance contracts, reminders and appointment chains that keep an eye on themselves.

Interfaces that connect systems

Often the problem isn’t inside one program, but in between: data from the shop should go into accounting, the CRM should talk to the newsletter. I build these bridges via APIs, so information flows automatically instead of being maintained twice in three places.

How it works

It doesn’t start with a finished product, but with a look at your real day-to-day: where is time lost, what’s annoying, what happens the same way again and again? From that comes a concrete proposal — start small, quickly show something that runs, then expand. You should see the benefit before investing big.

Who it’s for

For companies that use ChatGPT and notice: „It doesn’t actually know my business.“ For everyone with sensitive data that shouldn’t end up in a US cloud. And for anyone who keeps doing the same steps and thinks: „This should really be automatic.“
